So try and get at least a minimum ten hours of sleep every day.

Laughing is good for anybody’s health, not only for those suffering from diabetes. When you laugh, blood sugar levels of your body reduce, and it helps you keep your diabetes in check. Therefore, watch comedy movies, join laughter clubs and do anything that makes you laugh a lot.
Apart from following the above tips, you must also keep in touch with your physician on a regular basis. Do your health checkups, blood and sugar tests on time, and you will have conquered the disease easily.
